Bomgar allows a team member to elevate the session by entering a username and password that is associated with the connected device. To use an Azure Active Directory username you will need to provide it in this format:
AzureAD\<username>@<domain-name.tld>
Example: AzureAD\azure@activedirectorydomain.com
